As set out in our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, Manifesto.al (operator of Nihilo Invoice) will not share non-public information about any person with a third party, except as we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be required or permitted by the laws of the Republic of Albania, or as required by valid legal process (including a valid court order, subpoena, or other lawful compulsory process).
How to submit a request
Third parties (other than Albanian law enforcement or competent public authorities acting through official channels) who wish to request non-public information from Manifesto.al, or to serve legal process related to Nihilo Invoice, may do so as follows:
Manifesto.al
Attn: Legal / Data requests — Nihilo Invoice
Rruga Mbreti Gent
Shkodër, Albania, 4001
Email: info@nihilo.pro
Please mark correspondence clearly (for example “Legal process — Nihilo Invoice”) and include enough detail for us to identify the account or records sought.
What we can provide
Upon proper service of valid and appropriate legal process under Albanian law, we will search for and disclose information that is specifically identified in the request, that we are required to disclose by law, and that we are reasonably able to locate and provide.
We cannot process requests that are overly broad or vague, that seek information more easily obtained from another party (including the account holder), or that are not properly authorised under applicable law.
Customer-controlled data
Much of the data in Nihilo Invoice is Customer Data controlled by our customers (for example their clients and invoices). Where appropriate, we may direct requesters to obtain information from the relevant customer, or notify the customer of a request when we are legally permitted to do so.
Related policies
This page describes our operational practice for third-party requests. It is not legal advice and does not create rights beyond those required by Albanian law.
